  1. BDSM seems so freaky. I think I’ll be turned off if I ever met someone with this kink, even if he was super hot.

  2. The movie the Secretary is what a hardcore member of the BDSM community showed me what its basically like.

  3. Also, subs generally have a slot more freedom than slaves. There are subs, slaves, and even pets playing the bottom role.
As far as being a top, I have a sort of unconventional system set up. I am a Dom, I identify as such, however I am trained to be a Master. Whenever I take in a sub, I tell them that it is up to them when they want to call me Master. Calling me Master lets me know that they now give me everything that they are. To them, they have completely submitted to me.
When I feel they will be able to withstand me and can obey me, I will give my submissive a permanent collar.
This system allows for more trust to be formed between Dom and sub. Nothing becomes permanent until both sides can trust each other 100%.

  4. Let me just say. I have been in my local Kink community for almost a decade now and this list is right on every point. While it only touches on some of the very most basic points the clarifications they give are accurate.
    HOWEVER
Showing 50 Shades Of Grey in here does a disservice to people interested in kink. That movie is chalked full of abusive behavior and consent violations.
Secretary is a good movie and It is a pretty famous one for it’s spanking scene in my community.

Also let me just say one of my partners is Asexual as well I am Demi-Greysexual we never engage in any kind of sexual contact but that does not take away from our relationship and power exchange. Kink is about Consent, and safety first and foremost.
